Mrs. Anissa Crivelli

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” Dr. Seuss

Welcome and thank you for your interest in our school and my classroom. My name is Anissa Crivelli and I am the Kindergarten teacher. I am currently in my 17th year of teaching for the Stockton Diocese and the last three have been at Sacred Heart. All of my years teaching have been wonderful, but my last three have been amazingly fulfilling!

I received and earned both my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Child Development as well as my teaching credential from CSU, Stanislaus. I am married to an alumnus of Sacred Heart and our two children both attend SHS. Our daughter is an eighth grader and our son is in sixth grade.

Walt Disney once said, “Our greatest natural resource is the minds of our children.” This quote is why I believe that every child has the potential to bring something unique and special to the classroom, as well as the world. We learn, discuss, and create in a full day Kindergarten program! My students engage in centers four times a week, religion, language arts, math, science, social studies, P.E., music, computers, and Spanish. We also build relationships by having 8th grade buddies and 4th grade friends. It is my desire as an educator to help my students develop their potential by believing in themselves as capable individuals in a secure, caring, and nurturing atmosphere.

Thank you for your time and if you should have any questions, please email me at .
